Baccalaureate and master’s programs in nursing are offered through the Department of Nursing. The mission of the Department of Nursing is “to increase the number of nursing graduates who are adequately prepared to enter the health care workforce and provide holistic, culturally competent care, thereby decreasing the nursing shortage that the nation currently faces.”
