Discover Walla Walla University

Set just beneath the Blue Mountains in southeast Washington, Walla Walla University is a private university offering more than one hundred areas of study. Founded in 1892 in affiliation with the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Walla Walla provides students with the opportunity to grow in their faith through religious classes, worship opportunities, and a commitment to community service. The Walla Walla educational experience is distinguished by its small class sizes, even in the largest programs such as nursing. The School of Nursing’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is offered across two campus locations in College Place and Portland, with all first and second year courses taught at the College Place campus and all third and fourth year courses taught at the Portland campus.
